Editor’s Note: The video above shows KXAN News Today’s top headlines for April 3, 2023AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A spring break compliance operation by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, or TABC, found 127 instances of businesses selling alcohol to people in Texas under 21. TABC agents conducted a total 1,726 underage compliance operations during its annual spring break enforcement roundup. TABC tries to prevent underage drinking during spring break The commission found that 93% of businesses operated in full compliance with the law, according to a release from TABC. Last year's operation found a compliance rate of 91%. The St. Paul Saints are moving this week’s home opener back one day, to Wednesday, citing the March 31 storm that dumped nine inches of snow onto CHS Field and the forecast for a 90 percent chance for more snow and rain on Tuesday.Tuesday’s scheduled home opener between the Saints and the visiting Iowa Cubs will now be part of a Saturday doubleheader, with the first game beginning at 1:07 p.m.The teams will now start their six-game series at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday. The series runs through Sunday.The Saints opened the 2023 season with a three-game series in Toledo against the Mud Hens, winning two games over the weekend after dropping the opener last Friday.The Opening Night hoodie sweatshirt giveaway will be moved to Saturday and fans wanting to take advantage of the giveaway can exchange their tickets for that game, or any of the remaining 2023 regular-season games. SAUGERTIES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Highland woman is in critical condition following a two-car crash on Route 9W that occurred Friday morning. According to police, Suzanne E. Mann, 48, was found trapped and unconscious inside the Ford Taurus. Firefighters from the Glasco Fire Department managed to extricate Mann. She received treatment from the DIAZ Ambulance before being flown to the Albany Medical Center, where she is undergoing surgery.The GMC Sierra was found abandoned. Police located the driver, Alfredo M. Martinez, 45, hiding at his residence in the Town of Saugerties. Martinez had sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention. TULSA, Okla.– After a week-long manhunt, the search for an inmate who escaped from the Ray County Jail in Henrietta, Missouri, has come to an end.The Ray County Sheriff's Office confirmed to FOX4 that 39-year-old Justin Robinson was taken into custody Monday in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Authorities believe Robinson may have been heading to Texas. Robinson was one of two inmates who escaped the county jail on March 28, after stabbing a correctional officer inside the jail. Prosecutors charged an 81-year-old man with murder, tampering with a dead body and false reporting charges Monday after the dismemberment death of his wife and daughter.The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office prosecutors filed five charges in Arapahoe County District Court against Reginald Maclaren, who was arrested on March 25 by Englewood police, according to a tweet by prosecutors.
